Concentrated classification, concentration, dewatering, desliming
★ Working Principle
Slurry flows along the line into hydrocyclone under pressure. Under centrifugal force, large particles are thrown to the wall, move downward with external swirling flow and are discharged from the lower grit chamber to get coarse-grained grit products. Fine particles move upward with the internal swirling flow from the upper overflow pipe to get fine-grained overflow products.
★ Structure Features
● Hydrocyclone is made of steel shell and high wear resistant rubber lining. The whole machine has features of strong wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
● The three-dimensional volute shell type axially downward rotating flow channel structure and smooth inner surface make the dispersion of slurry larger. Hydrocyclone has better classification effect and lighter wear. Replaceable inner sleeve is easy to install and maintain.
● According to the needs of process flow, appropriate overflow pipe diameter and underflow pipe diameter are determined through calculation and test. If it is not within the normal range, it can be ordered from Yantai Naimote Mining Equipment Co., Ltd. directly.
